How much does is cost to rent with us?
Our mission at GenHousing CIC is to offer high-quality, eco-friendly 2-bed units at an incredibly affordable rate. We’ve designed our rental model so that young professionals only pay about 35% of the national minimum wage for rent. For many, this translates to a monthly cost of approximately £450–£550.
This affordable rate ensures that residents have more disposable income to save for the future and progress toward homeownership, while every rent payment is reinvested back into our CIC to expand our work and help solve the housing crisis across the UK.
Will I need planning permission
The loft conversions we do are considered permitted development, which means you won’t need to get planning permisson as long as the building work fits certain criteria and parameters.
Are the
Mini Loft Conversions aim to enhance accessibility, safety, and efficiency when entering or exiting your current loft space. Every Mini conversion ensures robustness, capable of supporting a substantial load, including three to four adult loft fitters with their tools and materials, ensuring a secure and efficient transformation.
